We are hiring Customer Care Executives / Tele sales Executives for our BPO clients. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service or sales, apply now!

Key Responsibilities:

📞 Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
📞 Handle inbound queries and resolve customer concerns.
📞 Pitch products/services and generate sales or leads.
📞 Maintain call logs and update CRM software.
📞 Achieve daily/weekly targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

✅ Strong communication skills (English/Hindi)
✅ Persuasive & confident in handling objections
✅ Basic computer & CRM knowledge
✅ Ability to work under targets (for tele sales roles)
