Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive (CSE)
Location: Carnot Technologies, Marol, Andheri  ( Agri tech company ) farmers plan

Hind Saurashtra Industries Co-operative Society Limited, C – 110, Andheri - Kurla Rd, Manohar Nagar, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059
Salary: ₹21,200 net, ₹25,000 gross
Experience: 6 months


Responsibilities:

  • Contact current customers to remind and request subscription recharges.

  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Communicate in Marathi and Hindi; basic understanding of English required.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12th-grade education.

  • Fluency in Marathi and Hindi; understanding of English.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.


Timings:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

  • 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

  • 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM
