Customer Support Executive

As a Telecaller at XTREMEWINDOW, you will be responsible for engaging with our clients and providing exceptional service over the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients.

• Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

• Assist in promoting company products and services.

• Need to Admin Work must have knowledge of Ms office and Ms excel.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.

• Proven experience in telecalling or a related field is preferred.
