• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships by listening to their concerns and providing relevant solutions.

• Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and compliance standards.

• Provide insights on customer preferences to aid in refining future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidates for this role should have 0.5-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service experience with language skills in English. The role is responsible for addressing customer concerns, offering guidance, and escalating issues as needed. This position requires Graduate and availability to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
