Education Counsellor

As an Education Counselor at Career Alfa, your primary role will be to guide students and parents after they’ve appeared for JEE/NEET. You will help them understand their options based on their scores, assist with counseling rounds, and ensure smooth college admissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students post JEE/NEET exam on available college options based on their rank and preferences.

• Provide step-by-step assistance in centralized counseling processes (e.g., JoSAA, UPTAC, state-level counseling).

• Help students with form filling, choice locking, and documentation.

• Offer clarity on college selection, cut-offs, and admission timelines.

• Stay updated with latest counseling updates, changes in admission criteria, and seat matrix details.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure smooth admission processes.

• Coordinate with internal team and institutions for query resolutions.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Science or relevant education background preferred).

• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Familiarity with JEE/NEET counseling and admission procedures.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and patient with students/parents.

• Freshers with good knowledge and enthusiasm are welcome; training will be provided.
