We are looking for a dedicated Education Counsellor with expertise in the Education sector to join our team at Firstvite E Learning Private Limited in Ghaziabad, located at Crossing Republik. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in Hindi. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires 12th Pass, and the candidate should be willing to work 6 days working during the Day shift.
