Job Description – Education Counsellor (Female Candidates Only)

Location: Mumbai Andheri East
Experience: 2–3 Years (Education institution Preferred)
Type: Full-Time
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and telephonic inquiries from students and parents

• Counsel prospective students on available courses, eligibility, and career prospects

• Guide students through the admission process and follow up on inquiries

• Maintain regular communication with leads to ensure successful conversion

• Support admission drives, educational events, and seminars

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and student experience

• Maintain accurate records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions

• Ensure excellent customer service and student satisfaction

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
