We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the education sector, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping institutions, educators, or learners access high-quality educational products and services.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the education sector (schools, colleges, universities, training institutes, etc.)
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
Conduct client meetings, product demos, and presentations to promote our offerings
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions
Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular activity reports
Maintain in-depth knowledge of product offerings, competitors, and industry trends
Attend relevant educational events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
3+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or EdTech sector
Strong understanding of the education market and B2B or B2C sales strategies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Willingness to travel as needed
Experience selling to K-12, higher education, or EdTech platforms
Existing network of contacts within the education industry
Knowledge of education technology trends and digital learning solutions
