Role Description

• The live chat specialist position will be responsible for handling online inquiries and providing real-time support to client through live chat services/call.

• Marketing Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote services across various channels (digital, social media, email, and print).

• Sales Support: Coordinate sales activities, including managing leads, and tracking sales performance metrics.

• Market Research: Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and sales approaches.

• Data Management: Maintain databases and track sales and marketing metrics, providing reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and branding.
