Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

✅ Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective students, corporates, and educational institutions.
✅ Provide information about EdAthena AI, ML, and Data Science courses.
✅ Convert leads into enrollments through effective persuasion and follow-ups.
✅ Maintain and update the CRM with call details, feedback, and student inquiries.
✅ Assist students with payment, course selection, and onboarding queries.
✅ Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
✅ Achieve weekly & monthly enrollment targets set by the sales team.
✅ Collaborate with the marketing team to improve outreach strategies.
