    Contact customers who are delinquent in their payments and inform them about their outstanding dues.

    Negotiate payment terms and follow up for payment collection.

    Maintain records of calls, issues, and resolutions.

    Resolve customer inquiries and disputes related to payments.

    Coordinate with the team leader to report the status of collections.

    Meet daily and monthly collection targets.

    Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
