 ● Candidate Conversion: Ensure daily calling and conversion of all leads provided by the sourcing manager. 

 ● Re-engage and convince deep lapsed riders (with more than 3 months of the Date of Joining or the Last Order Date) to rejoin. 

 ● Sourcing and Lead Generation: Generate leads through various field recruiting channels, strategic planning, and by obtaining referrals from existing fleets.
