Job Title: Sales Tele caller - B2C Ayurveda Medicine
Job Summary:
The Sales Telecaller for B2C Ayurvedic Medicine is responsible for generating sales
leads and converting them into customers through outbound calls. They will engage with potential customers, educate them about the benefits of Ayurvedic medicine, and persuade them to make a purchase. Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:
· Place outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
· Introduce Ayurvedic products and their benefits to prospective customers.
· Build rapport with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Sales Conversion:
· Persuade customers to make purchases by highlighting product features, benefits, and
promotions.
· Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
· Close sales and process orders accurately.

Customer Relationship Management:
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchases.
· Address any post-sales queries or issues promptly and professionally.
· Maintain a database of customer information and interactions for future follow-ups.

Product Knowledge:
· Develop a deep understanding of the Ayurvedic products offered by the company.
· Stay updated on product specifications, ingredients, and benefits.
· Effectively communicate product information to customers to drive sales.

Sales Reporting:
· Keep detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
· Provide regular reports to the sales manager on sales performance and achievements.
Work Environment:
The Sales Telecaller typically works in an office environment, making outbound
calls from a designated workstation. However, remote work options may be available depending on the company's policies and requirements. The role may involve sitting for extended periods and using a computer and telephone headset extensively.
Reporting Structure:
The Sales Telecaller usually reports to the Sales Manager or Team Leader. They
