Holiday Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our travel company. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, promoting travel packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and travel agents.

• Explain travel packages, destinations, and offers in detail.

• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel plans.

• Follow up with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into bookings
