Key Responsibilities:
● Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure
repeat business.
● To deliver expert demonstrations of our products, highlighting their unique benefits and
value.
● Need to effectively negotiate terms and close deals to achieve optimal outcomes for both clients
and the company.
● To monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to stay ahead of the
curve.
● To set challenging sales targets and exceed them with determination and effort.
● To work closely with cross-functional teams to align efforts and accomplish shared objectives.
● Need to uphold integrity and professionalism in every interaction, maintaining Maxsell’s trusted
reputation.
● Promptly addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and providing post-sale support with the
customers.
● Generating regular reports on sales performance to the seniors for better decision making .
● To identify and pursue high-potential opportunities to expand market reach.
● Assist the sales team in negotiating prices with customers while ensuring profitability.
● Follow up on payment collections and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely
payments.
● Track and follow up on quotations sent to clients, ensuring timely responses and conversions.
● Set up appointments with the appropriate contact person for the sales team’s visit and
discussions
● Coordinate with customers for order confirmations, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
● Maintain an organized database of inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups for effective sales
tracking.
