Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a dedicated [Sales Executive] with expertise in the [Any Industry] sector to join our team at [Alpha core finder services Private Limited] in [Hyderabad], located at [Ramanthapur]. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, conducting cold calls to potential audiences, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact potential customers over the phone to introduce products/services and generate sales.

• Follow a provided script while tailoring the conversation based on customer needs to close sales.

• Document customer details, purchase history, reactions, and feedback for future reference.

• Build good connections with customers, listen, and address their questions to maximize engagement.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets while maintaining call quality and compliance standards.

• Create a report on customer preferences, trends, and sales obstacles to enhance future sales strategies.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have [ 1 -5 ] years of experience in customer service or a telecaller role and should be proficient in [Hindi, English & Kannada]. You will be responsible for resolving customer complaints, offering relevant information, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary. This position requires [10+2], and the candidate should be willing to work [9 hours ] during the [Day ] shift.
