Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to offer stock market investment products and services.

• Educate clients on market trends, investment strategies, and trading platforms.

• Convert inbound leads into active investors through effective communication and consultative selling.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with customer information and sales activity.

• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.

• Coordinate with the research and advisory teams to provide personalized investment solutions.

• Build long-term relationships with clients and provide post-sales support when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in inside sales, B2C sales, or financial services.

• Strong understanding of stock markets, investment products, and trading platforms.

• Excellent communication skills in English – both spoken and written.

• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

• Age: Ideally around 30 years.
