Role Overview: We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team. Your role will involve promoting our platform, supporting users in creating online stores, and converting them to paid customers.

Key Responsibilities:

 Promote the BharatGo platform to potential users via calls

 Assist leads in setting up their online stores

 Engage with existing users, resolve issues, and share feature updates

 Build relationships and encourage users to upgrade to paid plans

Requirements:

 Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi

 Confident with good negotiation skills

 Basic understanding of websites and e-commerce

 Prior experience in sales or support is a plus, but not mandatory

Other Details:

 Location: MIT TBI, MIT WPU, Kothrud, Pune

 Timings: Mon–Sat, (10:00 AM – 7:00 PM)

 Type: Full-time, In-office only

 Salary: ₹1.44 – ₹3.00 LPA (Performance-based variable pay)

 Must bring your own laptop and phone .
