Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers through cold
calling, email campaigns, and inbound inquiries.
• Customer Outreach: Initiate and manage conversations with prospects to understand
their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of leads and opportunities in
the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and
services to effectively communicate value to prospects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and enterprise sales teams to
optimize lead handoff and conversion.
• Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain
relationships to encourage repeat business.
Qualifications & Skills
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an inside sales or similar role.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to engage prospects effectively.
• Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with MS office, CRM tools, and sales enablement software.
• Results-Oriented: Strong negotiation and closing skills with a focus on meeting targets.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-Motivation: Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take ownership of
goals.
