Job Title: Inside Sales Associate / Sr. Associate

Experience Required: 6 Months to 3 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: 6 days/week (Rotational week-offs)
Shift Timing: Day Shift Only (No night shifts)

📝 Key Responsibilities:

·        Counsel and engage with approx. 100+ customers daily who have downloaded the MediBuddy app

·        Influence customer preference and convert leads via scripted consultations

·        Deliver tailored information regarding specialty services and surgery care

·        Achieve monthly Inside Sales targets (Avg. 12 IPD conversions/month)

·        Meet daily talk time target of 3.5 hours, and 66 hours monthly

·        Expedite resolution of queries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction

·        Maintain call quality and process compliance across all communications

🎯 Eligibility Criteria & Skills:

·        Educational Qualification:

o   Any Graduate (Medical/Clinical background preferred, not mandatory)

·        Work Experience:

o   6 months to 6 years in Inside Sales / Telesales / Outbound Customer Support

·        Skills Required:

o   Fluent in English & Hindi

o   Good interpersonal and communication skills

o   Target-driven & self-motivated with a positive attitude

o   Strong negotiation & selling skills

o   Proficient in MS Office

o   Team player with a willingness to learn and grow

💰 Compensation Details:

·        Net Pay (Take-home): ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month

·        Maximum CTC: ₹3.6 LPA

·        Incentives: Up to ₹2.5 LPA based on performance
