 Experience : 1-4 Years in sales & marketing  

Education : Any Graduate with relevant additional qualifications

Budget - Upto 8LPA

1. Sales , Marketing & Business development background with min 1-4  years experience , preferably in Building material or any competitive business

Identify all sales leads ( Online / Offline ) 

2. Developing and Implementing Sales Strategies

3. Sales report - Analyze Budgeted sales / Actual Performance / Gaps / Reasons thereof  

4. Analyze Budgeted sales & marketing expenses

5. Conduct Performance reviews of sales team , Targets Vs Performance

6. Interaction & Collaboration with sales team & Prepare monthly Sales forecasts

7. Product Knowledge

8. Track relevant KPIs , Performance reviews of sales team , Targets Vs Performance

9. Adaptability

10. Excellent communication skills

    11. Motivate & Train sales team
