Educational qualification: PUC/Graduate
Skills required: Soft Skills, Excellent Communication, convincing skills
Language: English, Hindi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu.
Roles and responsibilities
I. Handling inbound and outbound calls and provide details regarding projects.
II. Explain project features, pricing, and offers to potential buyers.
III. Convince customers to visit project sites for further discussions.
IV. Follow up with the interested clients and nurture client relationship.
V. Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and follow-ups.
VI. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule and confirm site visit.
