Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Intern with excellent communication skills to join our educational institution’s admissions team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students, providing them with information about our courses, and guiding them through the admission process. This role is critical in helping students make informed decisions about their education and future.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Reach out to prospective students and handle incoming inquiries about the institution’s programs.

• Provide Course Information: Explain details of available courses, including program structure, fees, admissions requirements, and career prospects.

• Guide Through Admission Process: Support prospective students by walking them through the application process, ensuring they understand each step and complete it correctly.

• Maintain Records: Accurately document all conversations and updates in the CRM system to keep track of leads and admissions.

• Follow Up on Leads: Diligently follow up with potential students who have shown interest in our programs to encourage enrollment.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Answer questions and resolve concerns to maintain a high level of satisfaction among potential students.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
