Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Initiate outbound calls and emails to potential clients.
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries.
Qualify leads and identify sales opportunities.
Sales Execution:
Present and demonstrate products/services to prospects.
Address client needs and propose tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Upsell and cross-sell additional products/services.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.
