Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Generating database for calling through websites, web-sourcing, online sites or shared data etc
 Generate leads and revenue in the region allocated
 Manage data of new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate, and documents are attached.
 Making Outbound Calls, generating new opportunities & nurturing the opportunities generated
 Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
 Work with the teams (External/Internal) to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet desired goals.
 Data-driven analysis with strong attention to detail and ability to execute within a matrix team structure.
 Sharing quotations to customers through email on real-time basis
 Communicating with customers on over phone & over email.

 Good command on communication
 Requires a strong, assertive approach
 Experience data management and system updates
 Strong oral and written communication skills
 Empowered to drive results

Qualification:

 Graduate or MBA
 Minimum 1 year of experience required in telesales or inbound/outbound calling process
 Preferred from Same field
