Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Saturday) (9:30 to 6:30)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating sales through telecalling, handling customer interactions, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and a goal-driven mindset to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Data Research & Analysis: Conduct data research using platforms such as Google, B2B portals, directories, and association groups to gather client information. Maintain detailed records and data collation in spreadsheets.

● Telecalling: Engage with existing and potential clients to explain the company's products and services, and follow up to close deals.

● Payment Follow-up: Contact clients to finalise and complete the payment process, ensuring timely collections.

● Client Documentation: Collect necessary client documents to proceed with the sales or service process and ensure compliance with company requirements.

● CRM Management: Accurately record client details and interactions in the CRM system for future reference and follow-up.

● Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and sales performance.

● Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications:

● Experience:

○ Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or similar sales role, ideally in a BPO or sales environment.

● Skills:

○ Proficiency in basic computer operations and data management.

○ Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate clearly and persuasively.

○ Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

○ Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

● Education:

○ Graduation (preferred).

Terms & Conditions:

● A 1-year bond is mandatory.

● 6-day training period without pay.
