Job Summary:

We are looking for a Telecaller for Insurance Sales who is fluent in Odia and can effectively communicate with customers to promote and sell insurance policies. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to persuade potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain various insurance policies.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance plans.

• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.

• Follow up with customers to complete the sales process.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Odia (Mandatory) along with Hindi/English.

• Prior experience in telecalling / sales / insurance is a plus but not mandatory.

• Good communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM software.

• Self-motivated and target-driven personality.
