Job Description
- Understand customer need and handle their queries
- Close a customer sale and achieve targets quarterly
- Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
- Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
E-Channel (Digital Sales)
- Good communication skills
- Outbound Process
- Insurance/Sales knowledge
- Graduation mandatory
- Experience: 0-2 years
- Rotational shifts (7 AM- 8.30 PM), 5 days working, 2 week-offs (Sat & Sun not fixed)
- Age : Upto 30years
Salary:
- Fresher: ₹12.5k in hand / ₹14k gross + Incentives
- Experienced: ₹18k in hand / ₹20k gross +Incentives
- Good communication skills
