Contact prospective and existing customers via telephone to sell insurance products.
Explain the features, advantages, and benefits of different insurance plans clearly and effectively.
Respond to customer queries and provide accurate policy information.
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Should be a graduate.
Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the insurance sector.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven with a passion for sales.
Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work under pressure and handle rejections positively.
English proficiency should be good.
