Salary: 18,000 to 25,000 plus target based incentives

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, provide insurance solutions, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell various insurance products

Understand client needs and offer customized insurance solutions

Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals

Follow up with prospects and close sales

Ensure compliance with industry laws and company policies

Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Provide after-sales support and policy servicing when required

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales; insurance experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Goal-oriented and self-motivated

Basic knowledge of insurance products and regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
