Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products, services, and offers. 

• Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through outbound calls. 

• Sales Process: Handling the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal. 

• Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with customers, providing support, and resolving issues. 

• Data Management: Updating customer information in the database, maintaining records of calls and sales, and tracking leads. 

• Product Knowledge: Developing a thorough understanding of the company's products and services. 

• Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Effectively communicating with customers, building rapport, and handling objections. 

• Negotiation Skills: Effectively negotiating price, terms, and conditions to close deals. 

• Problem-Solving: Addressing customer queries and complaints, resolving technical issues, and finding solutions.
