We are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive (Telecaller ) with expertise in the BPO sector to join our team at Walkin Global Services in Thane . In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, and following up with current customers to maintain strong relationships

Responsibilities & Duties :-

Manage inbound and outbound calls

Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer’s calls

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers

Specific skills:- Excellent communication skills in English Language

Timing:- 09:00 PM - 06:00 AM

FIXED NIGHT SHIFT

ATTRACTIVE INCENTIVES (DAILY + MONTHLY)

SATURDAY & SUNDAY FIXED OFF
