We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth in international markets. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with international clients.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target international markets and achieve sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop a strong understanding of the company's products or services and effectively present them to international clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with international clients and key stakeholders.
Understand clients’ needs and tailor sales pitches to meet their specific requirements.
Regularly engage with clients through meetings, phone calls, and email to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Negotiation & Closing:
Lead contract negotiations with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Sales Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management regarding sales performance and forecasts.
Monitor sales data, trends, and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales opportunities, and deals.
Collaboration & Coordination:
Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer support teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services/products.
Coordinate with the finance and legal departments to ensure proper documentation, contracts, and invoicing processes for international sales.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in international sales or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in international markets.
Experience working with clients across various countries and cultures.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (depending on the regions you’re targeting).
Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tracking tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
Knowledge of international trade regulations and export-import processes is a plus.
