Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the market to generate leads and expand the customer base.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and proposing solutions.

• Develop and execute strategies to approach new clients, close sales, and achieve revenue targets.

• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.

• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company’s presence and reach.

• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and tailor presentations for prospective clients.

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the company’s products/services.

• Follow up with leads and inquiries, addressing customer queries, and converting them into long-term business relationships.

• Track sales and business development activities, and provide reports to management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build relationships.

• Strong understanding of business development principles, sales strategies, and lead generation techniques.

• Ability to think critically and strategically to drive business growth.

• Goal-oriented, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass

• English proficiency preferred (if applicable).
