Responsibilities:

• Utilize telephone solicitation, electronic and written correspondence, and face-to-face meetings to achieve sponsorship targets for each conference.

• Research and develop a list of potential sponsors and exhibitors as required.

• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Maintain precise records of client interactions, sponsorships, and exhibitor agreements.

• Update the company’s Maximiser database as needed.

• Invoice sponsors and exhibitors upon agreement confirmation.

• Assist in preparing promotional materials for sales opportunities.

• Stay informed about conference timelines and sponsorship deadlines.

• Delegate administrative tasks to assistants when possible.

• Engage with trade and professional organizations to promote conference/trade show services.

• Represent ICS professionally at all times.

💰 Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month

🔹 Annual Variable/Incentives: Up to ₹10,00,000 and above

🔹 Gender: Male & Female

💼 Experience: Open to Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Shift Timings:

• Morning: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM

• Night: 05:30 PM – 02:30 AM / 06:00 PM – 03:00 AM

🚗 Note: No cab facility provided.

Qualification: Any Degree
