Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, presenting an overview of our membership plans, and generating appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.

·        Provide a comprehensive overview of our membership plans and benefits.

·        Schedule appointments for the sales team.

·        Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.

·        Based on your target achievement you will be provided SPIF’s and Incentive.

Requirements:

·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to work independently and take initiative.

·        A proactive attitude and a commitment to achieving targets.

·        Ability to engage and persuade potential customers.

·        Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

·        Previous experience in tele-calling or sales is a plus but not required.

Office timing 10:00 Am to 07:00 Pm

On hand salary budget is around 15000 to 25000 Plus Daily SPIF's and Monthly Incentives

Salary budget is not fixed it would be depending on your Interview (communication skills, Experience, etc.)
