Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven professionals for Digital Sales, including Outbound Sales, Telecallers, and Telesales roles. The primary responsibility is to generate sales through telephonic interactions, engage potential customers, and convert leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products/services.

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant product information.

  • Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

  • Maintain customer records and update sales databases.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates.

  • Adhere to company policies and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Minimum: Graduate in any discipline.

  • Experience: 0.6 to 2 years in outbound sales, telecalling, or telesales. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.( mainly into the insurance domain).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.

  • Target-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

  • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking.
