Outbound Sales Calling (30%) - Make daily calls with a 70%connect rate, follow up on disbursals, KYC, and documents, and assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs). 2. Funnel Improvement (50%) - Drive Counselling to QEC and Docspending to submit conversions while ensuring smooth movement across funnel stages. 3. Process & Quality Adherence (10%) - Maintain 90%adherencetotelesales quality standards with an effective sales pitch and compliance adherence. 4. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%) - Achieve a CSAT score of ≥4.5(90%) through positive borrower interactions and survey feedback.
