We’re looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to drive outbound sales, improve loan funnel conversions, and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
📞 Outbound Sales Calls (30%) – Achieve a 70% connect rate, follow up on disbursals, KYC, and documents, and assist borrowers with Quick Eligibility Checks (QECs).
📈 Funnel Improvement (50%) – Drive conversions by counseling borrowers and ensuring smooth movement across loan stages.
✅ Process & Quality Adherence (10%) – Maintain 90% telesales quality standards with an effective sales pitch and compliance adherence.
😊 Customer Satisfaction (10%) – Ensure a CSAT score of ≥4.5 through positive interactions and feedback.
