Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Caller to join our Loan Department at Livnest Technologies Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will assist clients with their loan-related queries, coordinate with financial institutions, and provide a seamless experience in availing of loan services.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to provide information about loan services.
Understand client requirements and guide them through the loan application process.
Assist in gathering necessary documents for loan approval.
Coordinate with banks and financial institutions to expedite the loan process.
Maintain and update client records in the database.
Address client queries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Meet daily and monthly call targets and follow up with leads.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum educational qualification: HSC/Graduate in any field.
0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
Basic knowledge of loans and financial services (preferred).
Ability to handle client queries with professionalism and patience.
Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
