Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Home Loan Executive – Sales to drive loan sales and assist clients in securing home financing. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in banking or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate leads for home loans through various sales channels.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and financial institutions.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements to potential borrowers.
Assist clients in the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and timely submission of documents.
Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and disbursements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
Stay updated on home loan products, interest rates, and market trends.
Requirements:

Graduate in Finance, Business, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of experience in home loan sales or financial services.
Strong networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Knowledge of banking/loan processes and regulatory guidelines.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
