Job Description:

We are looking for a Personal Loan Executive with at least 1 year of experience in loan sales or financial services. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in English and Kannada and a strong understanding of personal loan products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into personal loan customers.

• Explain loan products, eligibility, and documentation requirements to potential clients.

• Process loan applications and coordinate with the backend team for approvals.

• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

• Meet sales targets and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Conduct follow-ups on loan applications and assist customers with queries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales or a related field.

• Strong communication skills in English and Kannada (mandatory).

• Basic knowledge of financial products and loan processes.

• Customer-focused with excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
