Job Type: Full-time | Office-based
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Shift Timing: Day Shift (10:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
Working Days: 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday)
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate Preferred)
Experience Required: Fresher – Maximum 2 years
Languages: Hindi (required), Basic English (preferred)

Job Description:

Kesariya Spices is hiring a self-motivated Online Sales Executive to manage and convert digital B2B leads. This role involves handling online inquiries from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, and Google, sending catalogs and rate lists, converting leads into orders, and maintaining long-term relationships with wholesale buyers — all from our office in the heart of Khari Baoli, Asia’s largest spice market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily online inquiries from IndiaMART, WhatsApp & Google

• Call leads and send WhatsApp messages with product catalogs and rate lists

• Follow up with potential customers to close orders

• Maintain lead records & follow-up status in Google Sheets

• Send product/rate updates via WhatsApp Community and Broadcast

• Provide support to customers by responding to queries professionally

• Coordinate with purchase, dispatch, and accounts team after order confirmation

• Build long-term customer relationships through consistent communication
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in telesales/online B2B sales preferred

• Basic knowledge of IndiaMART and WhatsApp Business tools

• Strong communication and follow-up skills

• Trustworthy, punctual, and responsible attitude

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced wholesale environment
