Roles & Responsibilities:

For Outbound Sales Executives:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and pitch relevant products/services.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction.

For Customer Support Executives:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their queries.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

• Ensure high customer satisfaction through professional and friendly communication.

Requirements:

• Outbound Sales: Minimum 1 year (on paper) experience in a BPO sales process.

• Customer Support: Open to both freshers & experienced candidates.

• Minimum 12th pass qualification.

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.

• Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 per month.
