Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payment Recovery Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for assisting in the collection of outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments via phone and email.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment statuses.

• Assist in generating and sending payment reminders and invoices.

• Resolve customer payment queries and discrepancies.

• Assist in preparing reports on outstanding receivables.

• Support the finance team with related administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Detail-oriented and organized.

• Previous experience in payment recovery or a related field is a plus

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
