Additionally, should be well-organized, responsive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once, contributing directly to the overall success and revenue growth of the business.

 Identify and reach out to prospective buyers via calls.

 Speak with potential clients to understand their property needs and Explain project details.

 Make outbound calls to leads and databases to schedule site visits.

 Maintain a high volume of daily interactions with potential clients.

 Arrange property site visits for interested clients.

 Coordinate with sales teams and site staff for seamless client experiences.

 Maintain and update CRM systems or lead trackers.

 Ensure accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.

 Share brochures, price lists, and other marketing materials.

 Stay updated on local real estate trends, pricing, and competition.

 Provide feedback from clients to marketing teams.
