Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain real estate projects.
Follow up on inquiries and leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Answer customer queries regarding property details, pricing, and payment plans.
Maintain a database of potential clients and update CRM software.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Provide feedback on customer responses to improve sales strategies.
