We are looking for a dynamic and professional Telecaller to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to manage and guide potential clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Manage and follow up with client inquiries and maintain a positive relationship.
• Provide detailed information about property listings and resolve customer queries.
• Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into successful deals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system regularly.
• Ensure professional conduct and maintain respect towards seniors and team members.
• Work efficiently under guidance and take responsibility for client management.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in telecalling or customer service (preferably in real estate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be respectful towards seniors and follow company protocols.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
