We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, managing inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between homebuyers and builders. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, industry experience, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Builder Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with real estate developers and builders.
• Telecommunications Expertise: Handle inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with their property inquiries.
• Client Interaction: Understand customer needs, provide accurate property details, and assist them in booking site visits.
• Data Management: Maintain and update customer and builder databases to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications & Skills Required
• Experience in Telecom or Real Estate Industry (1-3 years preferred).
• Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
• Customer-Centric Approach with the ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
• Strong Organizational & Data Management Skills to track inquiries, follow-ups, and property details.
