Key Responsibilities:
• Builder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with real estate
builders to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Telecommunications Expertise: Handle inbound and outbound calls
professionally to assist clients with property-related inquiries.
• Client Interaction: Guide and support home buyers throughout their journey,
addressing their queries and helping them make informed decisions.
• Data Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,
appointments, and property details.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 1-3 years in telecom, real estate, or customer relationship
management.
• Communication Skills: understandable English and Hindi (additional languages are a
plus).
• Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored
